West Virginia Short Term Disability Insurance

West Virginia short term disability insurance is vital coverage for growing families in the Mountain State. Expenses often peak just as income drops after childbirth. This combination puts many couples in a financial bind. It doesn't have to work this way.

  • WV Short Term Disability  – protects your income if hurt or sick
  • Disability for Pregnancy – maternity benefits paid for normal delivery, plus complications
  • West Virginia State Disability Insurance – covers disabilities expected to last more than 12 months
  • West Virginia Maternity Leave Laws - unpaid job protection benefits
The state also mandates coverage for infertility treatments, but only those participating in an HMO.  You may end up with lots of left-over medical bills.  Make sure your income continues uninterrupted.  Purchase short term disability before getting pregnant.
